Kara is a seasoned Chief of Staff with a background in product management. She has worked for or over 13 years across multiple industries, product types and company sizes. She thrives on tough challenges, creating organization out of chaos, and has an exceptional eye for product talent. She’s experienced at building teams, maintaining consistently high internal NPS scores, and keeping people happy.
She was most recently a founding team member and Chief of Staff at The Product Consult, and joins The PMX Group as a Founding Partner responsible for talent acquisition, internal culture, and operations. She has an MBA from the University of Illinois with a focus in Creative Innovation.
When she's not working you can find Kara hiking or skiing in the Colorado mountains, harvesting from her extensive garden, petting her dog Luna, or playing games like D&D, MTG or Baldur's Gate.
