Emily brings two decades of product experience spanning ecommerce, mobile apps, consumer wellness, and edtech with a rare ability to move fluidly between strategic thinking and hands-on execution. She cut her teeth in product at Common Sense Media where she managed development of programs for educators before building out product and marketing functions at organizations like ModCloth and Google. As a UX writing contractor embedded at Google, she shaped content strategy for the company's youngest users and their families. Her consulting career has taken her from zero-to-one mobile app launches, including Groundswell's first React Native app and Clara for Daters' iOS launch to more complex engagements like Alo Moves, where she drove a comprehensive analytics overhaul, aligned stakeholders on a prioritized roadmap balancing features with tech debt, and led global integrations with Mastercard and Meta.
